| Q.: | You said ICQza is free, and now you ask to pay to register it ? |

You have to register only ICQza Plug-Ins and extra applications (such as IRCza), basic ICQza remains free, and we don't have plans time-limit or restrict in any other way functionality of ICQza itself.

| Q.: | If you are not going to restrict basic functionality why do I have to pay ? |
| A.: |
You don't have to pay. Extra functionality provided by Plug-Ins is not vital. Plug-Ins will allow you to use ICQza in more sophisticated ways, but without them you still can experiment with AI, entertain your friends, learn A.I.M.L, etc.

| Q.: | Do I have to pay for each Plug-In separately? |

Currently our policy is: you register ICQza Plug-Ins only once, so you pay one time and all new Plug-Ins come free of charge. If we develop something extraordinary :-) we may review this policy but for now we don't have such a plans. However, price of new (first time) registration probably will go up soon with arrivals of new Plug-Ins.

Well, this price surely doesn't make ICQza a profitable software, so consider this payment more as "cost of the media". We just trying to raise some money to keep development going and support the cost of web-site. So slight limitation in unregistered Plug-In functionality is just a "gentle push", and again, you don't have to pay (see above) to have full-scale fun with ICQza.

Nope, sorry. We can't provide any customer support except of help you can get from fellow-ICQzers thru ICQza mail-list.

| Q.: | How registration process looks like? |
| A.: |
From "Register ICQza Plug-Ins" you go to PayPal form. You can use your PayPal account or major credit card to pay. After they you will be asked to provide e-mail address and your registration code will be emailed to you. When letter with Registration Key arrives please enter e-mail address and your Registration Key in ICQza Plug-In Register Dialog. That's it.

| Q.: | Something (network failed, browser failed, web-site failed) went wrong during the transaction, I haven't been asked for my e-mail. What should I do?

So far we've never encountered such a situation.
But if it happens please check your PayPal account.
If price of registration has been deducted (meaning you have paid for the registration and money did change hands) - just wait a little bit. Periodically we check PayPal stats against our database, so when we receive money we will email you the Registration Key manually. If price of registration is not deducted - you didn't pay yet.
In this case just repeat the transaction.
If you are sure transaction was completed and didn't receive your registration key in two business days please send email to

| A.: | Sorry, no refunds. We simply don't have resources for such customer support. Please try ICQza first and make firm decision do you want to purchase registration or not. |
